About the Book
Kathleen Zepeda began writing at nine years old but was known as poet when she was twelve years old. She wrote a variety of styles including love poems, religious poems, surrealist poems, and aphorisms.
About the Author
Kathleen Zepeda was born on September 22, 1959. She is the youngest of seventh children and was raised in Cols, Ohio. She began writing at nine years old and taught herself how to read and write. Writing gave her a sense of perfect peace, which is uncommon and rare to find in ones life time. She began the publication of her poetry with small press publication; but she had been keeping a diary since childhood. Kathleen Zepeda dedicated her warmhearted book in honor of her husband. A Tribute to Ignacio Favela Zepeda, collected poems, and aphorism; Kathleen's life began when she met Ignacio Zepeda in 2011. Writing poetry gives her splendid joy and peace, her writings is what she experience in her life, her writings, is genius, moving, heartbreaking, sensitive, humor, fascinating, captivating. She came from a middle class family and grew up in church most of her life; and serving the Lord is a priority. She went to Licking Heights H. School. After graduation she received a track scholarship in track & field, to attend Rio Grande College. She receive a B.A. in Clinical Psychology at STSU in San Francisco her master degree is pending. She traveled to Europe several times, England, Germany, Flores Italy, London, which was magnificent with such exquisite art in the Albert Museum in London. And she’s a mother of three adult children. Servicing the Lord was a priority in her household and in her life as a Christian. It gives her a joy and complete peace servicing the Lord. She enjoys writing mostly relaxing & peaceful, she calls it writing therapy. She also enjoys painting.
