One often smiles seeing a Pembroke corgi ambling down the sidewalk or running across a yard. With their long bodies and short legs, corgis have a big-dog personality in a compact size, and they make great pets. Corgis are very intelligent and like to be in on the action. They are working dogs, problem solvers, and clowns, and they are very independent. What is it like to have a corgi? A friend said it this way: “You think you have a corgi, but the corgi has you.” This book is the story of Tipper, a rescue alpha female Pembroke corgi that by chance was acquired by the author and his wife.
