About the Author
Dr. (Mrs.) Rebecca Dei Mensah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Resource Management - School of Business, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She had her first degree in the same University and holds an MBA (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana. She also attended BPP Malpas Professional Institute Cambridge, UK, (now BPP University College of Professional Studies). She also holds a PhD in Business Administration from Kenyatta University. She teaches on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University of Cape Coast. Rebecca is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana.
