About the Author

Bradley Emerson ( DBA Scholar, MBA, FIB) An past student of St Benedict’s College, Colombo Sri Lanka. Bradley has been a career banker with exposure locally and oversees rose to the position of Deputy CEO of Pan Asia Bank before he was head hunted by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants( CIMA) UK. Bradley had an illustrious career spanning over eight years over eight years as the Regional Director of MESANA region. Bradley was the COO of the Public Private Partnership Unit, Attached to the ministry of Finance ( SL ), Executive Director Imperial Institute of Higher Education, a Certified Team Coach and currently the founder CEO Business Athletes Pvt Ltd. Bradley received the Executive Coach of the years, 2024, Executive training Company of the year 2024, Life Time Achievement award in 2020 from the WORLD HRD Congress. Bradley has published the book title ‘Role – A Diagnostic Approach to Performance’ in2018.
