About the Author
Growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, David Conicella spent most of his time following the lead of his parents, who valued hard work and had a strong belief in giving back to the world. David was raised in a family committed to compassion and providing opportunities for all and has always taken joy in sharing in the successes of others. Growing up with three other brothers, two sisters, and a pair of committed parents, adventure and laughter have been commonplace throughout David’s life. He developed a strong respect and appreciation for the outdoors and grew up spending most of his time outdoors with his several brothers and father. They walked the trails at Valley Forge National Historical Park, fished the local streams, and participated in archery. David and his brothers experienced outdoor adventures from a young age. David decided to publish this book as a reminder to all generations, old and young, that the outdoors are and always will be the best option when trying to rediscover one’s youth and make lasting memories. Currently involved with his family’s company, he finds joy spending time outdoors and writing poetry.
