Inspired by her husband’s love of trolleys, Mary creates an ironic, funny and altogether timeless tale of the trouble one retired trolley has in keeping the faith when he is no longer of service to his passengers.

About the Author

Mary Ruth Weaver, with a degree in English, spends her work days at Arizona Western College working with the Winter Visitor Senior Students, and writes children’s stories in her spare time. Inspired by her husband’s love of trolleys, Mary creates an ironic, funny and altogether timeless tale of the trouble one retired trolley has in keeping the faith when he is no longer of service to his passengers. A former Christian school teacher, she has taught children from preschool through high school. She and her husband live in Yuma, Arizona, where they share five children and thirteen grandchildren between them.
