About the Book
We all have sources that we draw from that aide in our survival. We hold the ingredients of our character which we each uniquely possess. They explain the story of who we are, how we think and why. How do you know when you are witnessing injustice? Who taught you what equality and fairness means and how do you know that you should be dismayed when it is not practiced or experienced? How do you know what love is and what it should feel like or how you should respond to it? What is faith to you and who is your God? Ultimately, who are you? Put all of these things into your cup if you haven’t done so already. If your cup is empty, then fill it with newness! Fill it with whatever you must that will keep your fire going and your heart spiritually beating! Lastly, always be yourself and drink only from your cup and no one else’s. This is... a cup of me. Sip slowly!
