This little package in the form of a book(let) is power packed just like the author, who is now just arriving at her sixtieth birthday, though she looks closer to thirty-nine (ha!). This book is designed to uplift and motivate the reader to overcome their obstacles and blockages and is an aching this and that for learning how to make their time on this spinning orb as dynamic and full of joy as possible. About the Author

Joni is a little Firecracker. She lights up a room with her presence and beauty from inside and out. The first time you meet her, you don’t really meet her, you experience her, as she consistently provides an uplifting and positive role model for the community and the younger generation. She looks for the best in people, circumstances, and adversity, and strives to help others find their best path in life.

Joni’s bio who’s who of entrepreneurship, community service, and mentoring. She is the CEO and Founder of FAMES Hawaii a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization going strong in each 15th year. With her pageants’ successes, including Mrs. Honolulu international 2001 and Mrs Hawaii United States 2002 which she was very proud to represent Hawaii to national competition. Joni is the Owner and Executive Director of Miss Paradise Hawaii, Miss Oahu and Miss Waikiki Scholarship Pageant in the last 5 years.

Joni enjoyed her nursing career for about 20 years and was concurrently a professional Mary Kay beauty consultant, achieved a record-breaking director position in Hawaii in just one month.
Recognized & debut as the Fabulous 50 Club where she met Mary Kay Ash in person. She earned multiple beautiful pink cars.
Following a tragic loss of her sister Lu, Joni transition into the insurance and financial industry. With her passion to help others she earned Rookie of the Year, Million Dollar Round Table, Leaders Club, Centurion Club just to name a few.
