About the Author

Dr. Deborah Manoushka Paul Figaro has a doctorate in theology, a doctorate in law, a master’s in human rights law, and a bachelor’s in international relations, with a minor in political science. She is the founder of the University of the Gifted and a virtual school Christian Academy of Excellence; she also is the founder of Worldwide Legal Services, a legal firm specializing in immigration law, criminal law, family law, and international law.
