About the Book

In this book, you shall find 25 recipes from the most beloved comfort foods that are easy to prep to dishes that one can typically find in a high end restaurant, as well as certain recipes that are my own creations like the goat cheese cucumber and pistachio dip, or the "Swedish-ish meatballs", which is my take with an American twist on the Scandinavian dish. To further emphasis, the point of the this book is that; do not be intimidated by cooking a certain way, everyone is talented and creative and this needs to be exercised, I encourage everyone to take the step even be creative with culinary arts, make these recipes once and next time give them your twist, your own unique flavor


About the Author

I believe if the enthusiasm for a subject exists practice and experimenting is all one needs. As far as remembered I had an affection for the diverse culinary world, yet my culinary education is only limited to a cooking class that I took in high school in which we were taught the basics in cooking, several of which you can find among the recipes in this book, as well as my in enthusiasm for different cultures and their food that I was exposed to to during my travels, paired with my Persian heritage. My culinary journey truly took off as during the hight of the pandemic and the lock downs, when access to restaurants was next to impossible and one had to reside to cook at home as I just did that and tried cooking what I already, practiced cooking, and perfecting what I craved, mostly with burgers, fried chicken, French fries, steaks and desserts and began sharing my creations on my social media and often helping my friends making those recipes.
