This book is about a kid who loved baseball and dreamed of the day when he would hit a home run to win the tournament for his team. But on his journey to becoming a baseball player, he discovered that what his parents and bible school teachers taught him was indeed true. And that was one day he would know God is real.

About the Author

Hello my name is Sophia D. Scott; I was born on November 30th, 1961 to Clifford and Mary Elizabeth Evans. I am the second born of five children. I was raised in Newark, New Jersey, and attended public schools. Years later, I would obtain a bachelor's degree in Information Management, from Strayer University. As a child, I attended a family church that was co-founded by my late grandfather Aaron Philander Brown (Co-Pastor), his brother Hosie Brown (Pastor), and his sister Mattie Ingram (Deaconess). Attending church with my family, mode me into the person I am today. I strongly believe in Jesus Christ's second greatest command “love your neighbor as you love yourself”, it gives me hope and makes me want to be a kinder person. I am married to Glen Scott and we have three daughters; Ashley, Katrice, and Alex they make us proud to be their parents.
