About the Author

Chuck has been a teacher, administrator, real estate appraiser and broker. He served as an education association leader and has been on the board of three HOA’s. Chuck also worked as the property manager for a fourth, landmark condo association in Tucson. He has taught students in grades seven through twelve in suburban and inner-city schools as well as private preparatory schools. He also has been an adjunct professor at several colleges in New Jersey and Arizona. A native of New Jersey, he has also lived in Long Island, New York, and Arizona. He is now retired and calls New Mexico, his “land of enchantment.” Chuck’s passions are life-long learning, reading, movies and theater, writing, and physical fitness.
