The Class of '73 is about a fictional College called Hillside. This story represents a myriad of real colleges across America in the 70's. The Class of '73 is about events in the classroom, on the football field, in the dorms and the Frat houses. Events that happened to the main character Tommy Hawk Quarterback. The Class of '73 puts into clear view the highly unusual times that Hawk and his friends were living through. These college kids survived Vietnam, Woodstock and Watergate. They laughed and loved and learned. College was never the same after The Class of '73......

About the Author

This is Tom Cole's 3rd book with Author House Benny and Babe, One Last Fall and The Class of '73. Cole was a long time history teacher and football coach in high school and college. Cole played QB at St. John's Jesuit High School and later Ohio Wesleyan University. Tom has also had a 25 year career broadcasting sports on TV on BCSN where he was named an MVP. He has also called many games on ESPN 3. Cole has won 6 Ohio Cable Broadcast Awards. He is in the City of Toledo Athletic Hall of Fame and the St. John's Jesuit Hall of Fame .He also teaches broadcasting in high and college today.......
