About the Author
Robert Johnson is a recently published memoirist (From Prey To Protector, AuthorHouse) and a retired NYPD Detective Lieutenant who started his protection career as a night club bouncer in the late 1980's and early 1990's NYC. After leaving the club business, he joined the NYPD in 1992 and had a successful career attaining the ranks of Detective, Sergeant and Lieutenant. His life and career experience makes him an expert on the theme and genre of this novel. He also possesses a Bachelor's degree in management from St. John's University and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
