God commissions Lucifer to be the guardian of God's holiness with all instances reported to God. After that Lucifer himself falls, becoming the Devil, yet keeps his commission to report all evil and punishment theof, because God will not break his promise to Lucifer. Minimus is commissioned to keep track of the fearsome struggle between God and Satan and its ultimate outcome as to who is going to be God, God or Satan.
