About the Author

Liz Chismark worked in elementary education for twenty years, spending most of her career as an Instructional Aide for students with special needs. Later in her career, she pursued her long-time passion for art, studying the subject, winning local awards, and selling her pieces through various venues. Her daughter Karin Currie Rowland has worked in education for thirty years as an English Language Arts Teacher and Instructional Coach for her school district. Both women live in Northern California and look forward to their next collaborative project.
