Daisy is a sweet, young donkey who lives on a farm but dreams of going to the city. Her dream of going to the city comes to pass and she has a unique encounter with someone who will change her life forever.

About the Author

Julie Ann Garnett is an up-and-coming children’s book author. While sitting on the softish, blue chair in the church auditorium, the pastor was speaking about Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem on a donkey. He mentioned that this was a young donkey that had never been ridden. Julie’s mind began to wander, “What if the donkey decided to sit in the middle of its walk, or buck Jesus off. What went through the donkey’s mind? That would make a great children’s book”. That’s when Julie had a new dream, a dream to write children’s books. This book has been years in the making and hopefully, more will follow. Julie can be found in Stafford, VA with her husband, four kids, one daughter in law, 2 dogs, and 14 chickens.
