About the Book
“Heart Songs” is a compilation from several years of written poetry, prose, meditations and quotes. The title “Heart Songs” expresses a very personal experience of faith and emotion from throughout these years, and the ongoing experience of the goodness of God in a life of walking with Him.
About the Author
Julie Hutchin began writing poetry at a young age. She also loved to sing and at fifteen took the lead part in the Musical “Flower Drum Song” performed by the Chelmsford Operatic Society. Over the next few years there was sporadic writing and singing until learning to play the guitar when song writing began. Further inspired by her Christian faith, the love of singing and writing has never left her and it was with the help of gifted musicians that she was able to write and produce the musical, “The Life Giver”. Some of the lyrics from this production can be found in this book. “Heart Songs” is a treasury of inspirational writing that it is hoped will encourage and uplift in all walks of life.
