Bob Roth is the founder and president of Practical Services Corporation.  The company provides consulting and training services to clients interested in improving organizational strength and competitiveness.  They offer assistance in the areas of Management and Executive Coaching, Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Customer Service, Idea Generation, Supervisory Excellence and Employment Transition.

 

Bob has over 25 years of practical, broad-based Management and Human Resource experience with major corporations including:  Bristol-Myers, Ciba-Geigy (Novartis) and Avon Products.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a MBA in Personnel Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University

 

For the past ten years, Bob has focused exclusively on consulting and training with the goal of improving the effectiveness of his clients.  He has been called upon to serve clients of all sizes, from a wide variety of industries, throughout the northeast.  Fortune 500 and locally recognized clients have included Nabisco, Fedders, Seiko, Orange & Rockland Utilities (Con Ed), Malcolm Pirnie Engineering and The March of Dimes.  However, many of Bob’s clients are smaller firms that face similar management challenges.

 

He has four children with the two youngest currently in college.  One attends the University of Scranton and the other attends Marist College.
