Melissa Balsamello, mother, wife, and author of Happy the Hotdog Dog, eagerly wrote a second "Happy adventure" for you to enjoy! As a local author, born and residing in New Jersey, her goal in writing and publishing stories for children is to provide an example motivation for children and adults to use the people and pets in their own lives to create their own stories and poems that inspire and interest others. With more than fifteen years as a leader in the field of education, Melissa is glad to provide writing workshops and author visits/ book signings for any age and ability group.
