He completed studies at Odessa Institute of Marine Engineers in 1967,some courses in Odessa Polytechnical Institute,

In 1998 he has graduated from Chicago East-West University majoring in Computer and Information Science and also presented 8 scientific papers on 26,27,28 and 29th Israel Conference on Mechanical Engineering in 1996,1998,2000 and 2003.
