About the Author
As a creative personality, Independent Scientist and Inventor, Anatoly Rozenblat has received the fundamental technical education in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering ,Applied mathematics and Patent Laws. He has finished Odessa Institute of Marine Engineers in 1967 and two Patent Institutes in The studies provided the basis of his successful scientific and research activity, particularly in Engineering and Innovation. Anatoly Rozenblat has always taken an interest in applied sciences such as the thermodynamics processes of Liquid Natural Gases (LNG) and thermal physics of cutting processes. He published about 90 scientific articles,10 books and also possesses 30 innovations. Anatoly Rozenblat was born in In 1993 many of his innovations were described by NCIO the newsletter He invited to the 26th,27th, 28th and 29th Israel Conference on Mechanical Engineering in 1996,1998,2000 and 2003 ,where presented 8 new scientific works.
