About the Author
The author is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, BA degree in Journalism and was the “Outstanding Journalism Student of the Year;” In 2007 he authored the family saga, Seas of Courage, (ISBN 1-4241-8806-7); Chronicles of a Traveling Aficionado; Dependency, (Denial of Reality ISBN 9781438914770); and America’s First Flag Officer (ISBN 9781434386533). He has five years in the printing business, editor and publisher of the University of South Dakota Humor magazine, and also has written for various newspapers and other publications. The author has written lengthy travels pieces on trips to Europe, South America and multiple cruises in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
