About the Author Leslie Saint-Julien is a Brooklyn, NY native who is committed to empowering young women and children from underrepresented communities through her writings. She is a writer of poetry, fiction and non-fiction. Leslie is also a performer of the spoken word and an inspirational speaker. Her other published works include More Than Me, Moments, and Blue Rose.
