About the Book

Three pigs, they are brothers. They live on a farm, Mr. Johnson's farm. Elmer loved to fly, Dinky loved to eat with his friends, and Ben wanted to be rich; he was forever counting his money. One day, they escorted Mr. Johnson to the town fair, and Dinky won first place for weighing the most weight. Then he realized that he was going to be basted with potatoes for dinner. So that night, the three brothers ran away to start a better life for themselves. And they did. They were able to continue their hobbies and do other things that made them very happy, and they wouldn't have to fear being eaten up again.

About the Author

A native of Chicago, Illinois, an educator and counselor, Mrs. Johnson loves children, and most that she had taught loves her as well. Married to her lifelong husband. She is a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Now a family counselor. Her passion is teaching and making others happy.
