About the Book

Summary of Adventurous Pigs: Farmer Johnson takes a road trip, The farmer that lost three piglets that ran away from his farm. Farmer Johnson can’t understand how and where they went even though it has been 3 years since they left. 

After learning about a new town and the Mayor named Ben Johnson he decided to take a road trip and hang flyers. He was wondering what h would do if he found them. Finally when giving up to return to his farm he discovers the new town, he goes to it and The big boars wouldn’t allow him to enter. Finally he encourages the boar to deliver a message to Mayor Ben that turned out to be his long lost piglet, now a grown hog with a family of his own. 

Upon recurving the message Ben has a conference with his brothers and decides to go to the farm and face Farmer Johnson because he has piglets a wife and is tired of hiding.

About the Author

Denise Johnson was born a native of Illinois; she is a wife mother and grandmother, and great grandmother. She feels she is rich with love she is an educator , counselor , and now author. She is a living testimony she has had many physical run ins but through it all she has bounced back and is able to return bringing these books that indicate she cares about the education of our children. She touches everyone’s heart she meets and can always offer prayer, understanding and hope. 

Mrs. Denise Johnson has children God gave her but she always ends up with other children God sends her way. With the loss of her mother at the age of five and her dad as an young adult leaves a lot of time to think about what it takes to stay focused. 

To meet he is to love her she is funny, wise and very nurturing to all she meets. Most end up sharing her life because of her kindness and helpful spirit. She is a actual loner to the point she respects others space and must have the same. 

Her Family is her backbone and she is hers , friends and family she often thinks of ways to help others in her family , adopted family , extended family as well as her church family. She often says “ look to the hills where cometh my help”. 

The Adventurous Pigs is a 10 book series she uses to help children that have trouble reading. Her books are easy reading and it reaches as high as the reader can go through the series, each book has a teaching element in it. As a child she wrote the Adventurous Pigs as an invention and It works I know as an author she express many things. She is also a giving person and will give help not only to her love ones and friends she gives to much charitable organization. Writing has been her passion since age five.
