My Savior A man made of love with a soul kind and warm
He came to preach God’s word and the people they did swarm.
His gentle heart he opened and soon they ripped it out
Crucify him he’s a trader the people all did shout.
Give up he did not; he loved each of them still
He knew he had to die he knew it was God’s will.
They whipped him till he bleed and no longer could feel pain
He knew his hurt and sorrow would be our greatest gain.
He looked at them with love and knew it was not through
Again he faced his accusers and knew just what to do.
They put him on the cross so he could bare our shame
The people still did not believe and cursed his holy name.
His love was still undying and stronger than before
It was at that moment my sin and shame he wore.
He came to teach us love and die so that we may live
An innocent soul and blood is what he had to give.
I love this gentle spirit for he did me such a favor
He is indeed my friend, my king; he truly is my savior.

In a world filled with push and shove, and hurry up and wait, we often forget to stop and give thanks to our Creator; and the one and only living God. It is though my writing that I have given love and worship to Jesus and the Father. Reading my poetry will help ease any pain that you may harbor in your heart. Jesus Christ is so wonderful and he loves me even with our sins. It is through my words that one can learn of his love and truly embrace the greatest gift that he gave. His life.

As a Christian, I felt it very important to tell the world how much I truly love God and His son Jesus Christ. At the same time, I wanted to give something back to God. As he put pen and paper in my hands, he told me to unite his words. Two years later I completed His book, Amen. This is His work, not mine-- I was just blessed enough to get to write it.
