About the Author

Earle Jacobs is a native of Chicago. He moved to California with his family as a teenager and has lived there ever since. He is a graduate of Burlingame High School and spent a year and a half at San Mateo and Pasadena City Colleges. He is a veteran of WWII. He served as a Signal Corp Lieutenant in England and Europe. He took part in the Normandy Invasion and thereafter served in France, Belgium, Germany and Austria. After 32 years in the State of California Civil Service, he operated his own real-estate appraisal business for twelve years. He began writing for his own amusement in 1989 and at the urging of some friends and relatives, recently has had some of his books published.
